Ready to take your creativity beyond the page this October?

Join Lorna McNeill at The Colour Factory for a creative day exploring the human form through drawing, movement and sculpture.

Inspired by the expressive methods of Auguste Rodin, you’ll experiment with gestural drawing, watercolour, cut-outs and clay, allowing your ideas to move naturally from the page into 3D.

With a background in fine art, health and psychology, Lorna creates a supportive space for experimentation and creative exploration. She is also a qualified teacher, with experience teaching across a range of settings.

Join Jenny & Emily at The Colour Factory for a festive hands-on workshop where you’ll create a beautiful pair of hand-painted napkins and hammered copper napkin rings.

Spend half the workshop with Jenny exploring expressive mark-making and painting seasonal wreath designs, then switch over to Emily to learn how to anneal, texture and finish your own copper napkin rings.

A lovely opportunity to make something unique for your festive table — or a special handmade gift.

We’re excited to share ‘Making Sense of Humanity’, a collaborative exhibition by local creatives Rosie and Emily, bringing together paint, metal and ceramic in a carefully curated collection of handcrafted work.

The exhibition explores the lens through which they see the world - the things that they hold dear, the things they desperately wish to change, the things that pique their curiosity and feed their creativity.
