We are a boutique consultancy offering coaching and mentoring expertise, along with top team development and board effectiveness programs, to senior executives both in the UK and internationally. We're very proud of the clients we work with Predominantly they are FTSE 250 businesses, in fact we work with about a third of the FTSE 100. We also work with organisations such as regulatory bodies, third sector, public sector institutions, and young rapidly growing high tech start-ups. Typically our clients come to us at three different stages in their career when they are:
at the peak of their career, maybe in a CEO or C-suite role looking for some coaching support to be the best that they can and leave a leadership legacy behind
transitioning up into that next more senior role looking for some coaching support to make that strp up

We would like to welcome our new Aziz Coach, Josie Evans.

Josie is a leadership development coach specialising in cross-cultural communication. Josie focuses on the quality of the coaching relationship so that clients feel safe to be honest and to go out of their comfort zone. She coaches leaders to increase their self-awareness and communicate more effectively.
