Wednesday 21.11. at Uptons: Fish and Knifeskills-only 2 places left
Learn how to fillet trout, julienne vegetables and how to prepare tuna loin fillet with a delicious passion fruit and lime marinade.
Trout en papillote
Marinated tuna with passion fruit, lime and coriander
Tuna will be served for dinner with sesame noodles and stir-fried veg and of course glass of lovely white wine or two.
Trout will be taken home for next day tea.

Teenage 5 week course starting next week 13/9 will include vast array of dishes, techniques and cuisines:
Week 1: pork medalions with ginger, soy and sesame sauce, apple flan menagere
Week 2: chicken chetinad, lemon and poppy seed muffin
Week 3: sushi with chilli dipping sauce, brown sugar meringues with chocolate and ginger
Week 4: cherry tomato, red onion and polenta tarte tatin, chocolate roulade
Week 5: singapore stir-fried noodles, chelsea buns
