🌟Get Christmassy🌟

Over the weekend I caught more and more glimpses of twinkling lights in houses as I passed by and there were many out in walking Wi******er enjoying the newly lit Christmas lights. It felt heartwarming, exciting and brought a smile to my face. Christmas is a happy goal to work towards isn’t it? So, if it brings you joy, put that tree up🎄

🌿Focus on a ‘Done’ list instead of a ‘To Do’ one🌿

Doing this creates a strong mindset shift and helps you start the week off thinking about what you have achieved, how great that was and how it inspires you to achieve more going forward.

This has definitely helped me find my Motivation Mojo this Monday…. If you are struggling to focus in on motivating yourself and your business, seek to look outside of it.

I feel really lucky to be starting this week totally buzzing after receiving an intro email at the weekend to my mentee ⚡️

is a great campaign to help support young graduate creatives who as a result of Covid have had/are having a very challenging year going out into a job market that has been decimated by the pandemic.

💡As a fellow creative, think back to how you might have started...?

You probably took a job in a marketing office for example, helping out, starting from the bottom and working your way up. This year, there are no offices for our graduates to go to and retailers have got enough on their plates managing furlough and click & collect pivoting, which leaves our creative graduates with few opportunities to get into employment.

I am truly excited and massively motivated to be meeting my mentee for the first time this week and to help find a way to 'Mind the Gap' for her.
