What is Silver Clay?
If you’ve never worked with it before, you’re in for a treat! Silver clay is an amazing, eco-friendly material made from recycled silver particles bound together in an organic binder. You can shape, texture and mould it just like soft clay. Once fired, the binder burns away, leaving you with a piece of 99.9% pure fine silver! It’s absolute magic to work with.

You’ll be in fantastic hands! The course is led by experienced jewellery designer and tutor Jo Richards, who will guide you step-by-step through every technique - from initial design to polishing your finished pieces. You can check out some of her stunning work here: https://www.fayebenjamin.co.uk/

It has been a busy and inspiring day in our hair and beauty department! ✂️✨

Today our Hairdressing students have been hard at work in our training salons, perfecting their blow-drying techniques and mastering the art of the perfect finish. Our Beauty Therapy students also had the fantastic opportunity to attend a talk and live demonstration from an Eve Taylor representative, gaining industry knowledge on professional products and treatments.

It is so rewarding to see our students working hard, building their confidence and gaining practical skills to carry into their future careers. Huge well done to everyone involved! 👏🌟
