We have limited spaces available on our next two-day Transactional Analysis (TA) 101 course, which takes place on Friday 21st and Friday 28th August.

TA101 is an excellent introduction to one of the world's most widely recognised psychological theories. Whether you're a counsellor, coach, educator, healthcare professional or simply interested in personal development, this course offers practical insights you can apply in everyday life and work. Participants explore key concepts including Ego States, Transactions, Strokes and Games, with no previous experience required.

All tools and your footstool frame are provided, and you'll be guided step by step in a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment. By the end of the 10-week course, you'll have learned the fundamentals of traditional upholstery and will take home a footstool you've made yourself!
