If you’ve taken the food choices quiz, highlighted in my earlier post "Liberate yourself from junk food", and found yourself reaching for a croissant over a bowl of nuts and berries, you’re not alone – and you’re not broken. Many of us struggle with food cravings that feel compulsive or hard to control. But recognising the pattern is the first step toward building a healthier relationship with food. And searching for a “nutritionist near me” might be a good place to start.
