What an egg-stra special Easter term 🐣

Celebrating the people who mean the most to us with some beautiful pop-up cards and watercolour designs ❤️

This term we have been busy working on an art printing project focused on the famous artist William Morris. This artist was particularly drawn to nature and exploring the patterns and forms he found in his garden. This tied in with a local William Morris exhibit at the ARC in Wi******er.

❄️Our last Christmas collage, created in one of our after school art classes, was these beautiful winter robins ❄️

Clay wreaths and puddings created with acrylic gold, red, green paint and the obligatory Christmas glitter! 🌲

Coffee filter snow globes were created by colouring and gently dampening the filters, allowing the colours to blend and form a beautiful Northern Lights effect. We love the individuality of each child’s snowman!

Over the past few weeks, the children have had a wonderful time designing, rolling, creating and painting their very own Christmas ornaments for the tree. We’re absolutely delighted with these cheerful gingerbread houses and sparkling snowflakes!
