A little update for our members and visitors on the work that has been taking place at Wincanton Golf Course.

Weโ€™re pleased to say that the ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐š๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ ๐ก๐š๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐›๐ž๐ž๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ“๐ญ๐ก ๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ง! ๐ŸŽ‰

๐Ÿ’ง The new system will allow us to:
โ€ข Water the green more efficiently
โ€ข Irrigate at the optimum times of day
โ€ข Make the best use of available water
โ€ข Help maintain the health and quality of the green, particularly through challenging weather conditions

Weโ€™ve also been carefully managing our green maintenance programme, with work being timed around the weather and ground conditions to give the greens the best opportunity to recover and remain healthy heading into the autumn and winter.
