Perfect for beginner runners, children, and families looking for a fun and exciting way to enjoy running without the pressure of competition.

A fun-filled 30 minutes to complete as many laps as you like.

Four laps equals one mile and completes ‘The Extra Mile’ challenge.

With obstacles, exciting challenges, and plenty of encouragement, The Extra Mile is all about laughter, teamwork, and enjoying movement - not about finishing first.

Come ready to run, jump, crawl, and have a blast at our obstacle course suitable for everyone!

📅 Saturday 31st October - 10am, 11am & 12pm

🎃 HALOWEEN SPECIAL! (Fancy dress encouraged!) 🎃

Enjoy the beautiful private coutryside location of Hampreston Lodge, a safe, off-road course with no pavements, traffic or navigating your way around the public. Just a clearly marked, marshalled route. 🌳

First up, we have our ‘The Extra Mile BOOTCAMP’, the perfect family workout! Whether you’ve been looking for a brilliantly inclusive, safe environment to get moving with the kids, you’ve attended the extra mile obstacle course fun run in the past, or you’re booked onto our Halloween special on 31st October (tickets on sale now 👻), this bootcamp won’t disappoint!
