Details about the Friends of Beaucroft Car Boot sale below:

Friends of Beaucroft (registered charity) will be hosting our very FIRST car boot sale at the Beaucroft School Site. Please join us for this fundraising event on the morning of *Sunday 20th September 2026*. The Car Boot Sale will open for buyers from 9.30am - 12.00pm. Sellers arriving from 8.30am to set up.

Refreshments and bacon rolls will be sold throughout the event for sellers and buyers.

A September car boot is the PERFECT TIME to clear out your summer wardrobes, de-clutter your home, and clear out unwanted or unloved toys in readiness for upcoming Christmas, etc. And is also a perfect time for picking up a bargain as a buyer.

Don't miss out, if you would like to be a 'seller', pre-booking is essential with the seller's fee being due at the time of booking via this page (link below). Sellers: £7 per car

All funds raised from this event will be put towards projects within the School and College which benefit all of our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Just like that…this academic year has come to an end!! School is now out for summer ☀️

We wish all of our students, families and staff a lovely summer break 😊

Please see the calendars for July, August and September for those who benefit from the visual representation 📆

We will see all of our children and young people (returning and new) on Wednesday 2nd September to start another year of Beaucroft brilliance 😁

We started today with a favourite…Beaucroft’s Masked Singer 🎭🎶🕺🏽🪩 before heading out for a whole school picnic and play 🥪🧺 and to give a fond farewell to members of our Beaucroft staff team who are leaving us (some for not too long though) after this summer break 🥹💝 It is always sad to say goodbye to colleagues and members of the Beaucroft team but we wish them all the best with their well-deserved retirement, ventures into new roles and university studies 🍀💌

Yesterday, we celebrated our students end of year awards and our year 11 leavers 🏆🎉
It was a lovely celebration of achievements, heart felt words about the worthy award winners, and about the incredible journeys our year 11 leavers have had during their time at Beaucroft 🏆🎉🫶🥰 It is always so challenging to choose just one or two students for each award as every student has such a unique and worthy learning journey.

The year 11 leavers assembly ended with each being presented with their leavers award, record of achievement and a memories from the class of 2026 movie 🏆👕📒🎬

Thank you to the families who came to share in this special awards and leavers assembly ☺️

🏳️‍🌈 On Friday, the school and college came together to celebrate PRIDE 🏳️‍🌈

The celebration involved face painting, temporary tattoos, music and dancing, flag waving, ice creams to cool off, and a flag waving parade on the field 🌈🎨🍦🏳️‍🌈

PRIDE represents the celebration, visibility and advocacy of LGBTQ+ individuals. Celebrating PRIDE aligns with our THRIVE aims and values, for our children and young people to be Happy and safe; Valued; and Empowered 🏳️‍🌈

On Friday morning, the Senior’s Cultural Studies group hosted a “Kick off Culture” modern foreign languages event for all to attend. The group linked their countries of choice to those taking part in the World Cup ~ Mexico, Spain & the Netherlands 🇲🇽🇪🇸🇳🇱

The event allowed students to discover, celebrate and experience:
🇲🇽 Mexican cafe / food tasting 🌮
🇪🇸 Spanish cafe / food tasting 🍊
🇳🇱 Dutch cafe / food tasting 🥮
💃🏻 Spanish flamenco dancing and music 🪇
🗣️ Learn the lingo 🇲🇽🇪🇸🇳🇱
🧐 Quizzes and fact sheets 🖊️
⚽️ And a penalty shoot out 🥅

The Early Years family fun afternoon was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The heat didn’t stop the fun ☀️ There was bubble fun by Squidge and Pop 🫧, water play 💦, sand 🏖️, obstacle courses, small world play 🚗🏡, drinks and snacks 🥤

🧡 Fundraising Appreciation Post 🧡

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came and supported Friends of Beaucroft Summer Fayre on Friday evening 🥰☀️🥰

It was another great event with so many faces past, present and future 😁

🌟 Thank you so much to our staff and parent volunteers who made the event a success setting up, running stalls, making sure everyone was having a good time, and helping to pack away at the end 🌟

🥰 Thank you to everyone who came along to enjoy the event and spend, helping us raise important funds for our School and College 🥰
