The best Fathers Day as always. From the moment Luca was born he made me a Dad. But being a Dad is more than just a title. It's a privilege and being Luca's Dad is something I'm super proud of. He's a well behaved, polite young man. He does taekwondo so if he's naughty I get to punch and kick him.😊😅 Luca you're the best, you're smart and cheeky. I'm proud to be your Dad and love the young man you're becoming ❤️❤️❤️ love always Dad

For over a year I've been coaching Missy. It's never felt like work, more like hanging out with my friend. The progress she has made is both inspiring and admirable. Most people will never know what she has to deal with from day to day. However it never changes her mindset. So add a strong determined young lady, along with some craziness from us both, lots of smiles and the power of CrossFit=progress week in week out ❤️💪🏼

The most weight Missy dragged from her wheelchair was 25kgs, this week she pulled 40kgs. Her body weight is 48kgs

Missy you're awesome, keep up the amazing work 💪🏼

Over the weekend Oli and I saw this girl absolutely smash the semi final CrossFit open workouts. 5 workouts, 2 of them she repeated and 1 of them we had technical issues so she did it 1 and ½ times. 😅😅
However she wasn't disheartened in any way. There was a lot of organising and setting up but it was worth it see her achieve what she did.
It was her 1st CrossFit open and she ended up in the top 100 in the world.
Since I've been doing CrossFit, she is the only person I know to make it this far.
Izzy take a bow, you did yourself proud, you listened to your Coach OJ and we at LUMA are super proud of you.

Can't wait to see you progress even more and then hopefully make it to the games one day.

Today we lost a great man, a very respected man, a mentor to many and a great martial artist. I'll always be thankful for my younger years in Tae Kwon Do with him and his influence. So many great memories at his Dean Street academy. He produced an awesome area the North Midlands TAGB, forging so many amazing Tae Kwon Do practitioners. I was honoured to bow to him for the very last time at a recent seminar dedicated to him.

Rest in peace Grand Master Towndrow 9th Degree, Parkinson's took you far too early. 💔

Thank you for all have taught me
