Happy Easter everyone and enjoy the break.
I’m back for classes on the morning of the 13th of April only, then classes will resume from Thursday 16th of April.

There is a space available on a Saturday morning at Henbury, 9.15am for a 50 mins class.

Classes begin again in Saturday 18/4.

If you would like to join a small group of friendly local people moving, dancing and flowing to music to help improve flexibility, balance and strength, ending with a relaxing mindful 5 minutes, then please message me or get in touch. 💜
