As a mum of a little boy I have enjoyed going along to many baby classes with him to provide him with different opportunities to learn and develop. It's a great way to allow your child to have fun, as well as for you as a mum or dad to meet other people and socialise - something I have found so important on maternity leave. As an Early Years qualified teacher myself, I have always had a passion fo
r watching babies and children develop and more importantly teaching and helping them along the way. I wanted to be able to give babies, mummies and daddies a wonderful session where you can relax, enjoy the activities with your baby, help them develop and to have fun! So what is a Whizzy Wonders class all about and why will it be so special? Whizzy Wonders - classes for babies, introducing them to a new World of Wonder. The classes are made up of stimulating activities that are carefully planned out to help quicken your child's development and senses. Babies will be given plenty of chances to touch, hear and see throughout the sessions which will be made up of music, singing, props, dancing and special sensory experiences. And something for you yummy mummies and daddies too - enjoy being in a relaxed, warm, friendly class where you'll leave feeling uplifted and stress-free! And why not stay after the session for a much-needed coffee and bite to eat, giving you the chance to meet and chat with other parents. Classes are held in family-friendly venues and are the perfect places to welcome mums, dads and babes! Although we want to include as many babies as we can, the baby class is best suited to non-walkers. Toddlers...look out for the toddler messy play sensory based events that will be appearing throughout the year! Come and see for yourself what Whizzy Wonders is all about!
