As we say goodbye to some of our little ones who are ready to take their next big step into preschool, we wave them off with such a mixture of pride and sadness. 🥹❤️

We know they are ready, and we feel so incredibly proud knowing we have filled their early years with so many wonderful experiences, adventures, learning opportunities and, most importantly, lots and lots of love. 🥰

Some of our children have been with us for over two years, so saying goodbye really does feel like the end of a very special chapter. Watching them grow from babies into confident little people ready for preschool has been such a privilege. ❤️

We wish you all the very best on the next step of your journey. We know you are going to be amazing! 🌈✨
And a huge thank you to our wonderful families for the gorgeous cards, beautiful flowers and thoughtful gifts. You really have spoilt us, as always. 🥰💐🎁

We will miss you all more than you know, but we will always remember the little people who have filled our days with so much laughter, love and joy. ❤️

Our Commitment to Safety ❤️
Some parents may have recently become aware of The Oliver Steeper Foundation, which was created following the heartbreaking death of little Oliver after a choking incident in 2021. The Foundation is now working to provide LifeVac anti-choking devices to early years settings across the UK.
We wanted to reassure our parents that the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care has always been our absolute priority. ❤️

We actually purchased a LifeVac device back in August 2025, before it became as widely known as it is today.
This wasn't because we needed reminding about the importance of child safety. It was because we are continually reviewing our practice, undertaking training and thinking about what we can do to be as prepared as possible for any emergency situation.
A LifeVac is not a replacement for first aid. Established choking first-aid procedures should always be followed first, with the device intended for use when those measures have failed or cannot be performed.

We hope that we will never need to use it, but if the unthinkable were ever to happen, we want to know that we have every appropriate resource available to us to give a child (or adult) the very best possible chance.
We take our responsibility for the children in our care incredibly seriously, and keeping them safe isn't something we only think about when something makes the news — it's something we consider every single day. ❤️
Their safety will always come first. 🥰

We have had a busy few weeks! We have enjoyed growing strawberries, peppers and cucumbers which we have enjoyed for snack! 🍓
We have been learning about stranger danger ✋️
Emotions with stories and potatoe heads.
Lots of water play with the hot weather! 🔥 bubbles were a massive hit.
We have had a few leavers for preschool- we are so grateful for your wonderful words and kind gifts 💐
