The first half of the autumn term is when school absence starts to climb and cover gets harder to find.

If you are available for day to day supply, long term bookings or a permanent move, now is the point in the year when the work is there.

Register with us and tell your consultant which days you can do and how far you will travel. We match to that rather than ringing everyone.

Kind, helpful and supportive every step of the way.

Rhiannon is fairly new to us, and this is the bit we most want to get right: the first few weeks with a new agency should feel like someone has your back.

Thank you Rhiannon. If you are thinking about a move, this is what to expect.

Still looking for the right role?

Schools are already planning cover for after half term, so this is a good week to get registered. We will tell you honestly what vacancies are currently available and what is realistic for your area, your days and your availability.

One call, no pressure.

Meet Clare.

Clare is one of the co-founders of Premier and has been part of the business from the very beginning.

She knows that good recruitment is about more than filling a vacancy. It’s about knowing your schools, knowing your candidates and building relationships that last.

That personal approach is a big part of why so many people choose to work with Premier year after year.

Want work that fits around the rest of your life?

Day to day supply lets you pick your days. Some of our people work two days a week, some work five, and some use it to try schools before committing to something long term.

Tell us the days you want and the distance you will travel, and we will do the rest.

Finished your training and not sure what comes next?

Cerys joined Premier straight after her PGCE. Her advice to other ECTs? Be clear about what you’re looking for, ask questions and make sure your preferences are heard — good communication can make a big difference in that first year.

Just qualified? Let’s find the right first role, not just the first one.

Four reasons people stay with us for years.

We’re not a job board or a call centre. You’ll have a named consultant with education experience who gets to know you, what you’re looking for and the kind of roles that work for you.

You’ll also get pay that reflects your experience, regular check-ins while you’re working, a good variety of roles and opportunities to keep developing along the way.

It’s personal, supportive and built around finding the right fit.

We recruit early years practitioners and nursery staff.

Reception classes, nursery settings and pre school, with plenty of term time only and part time roles. If early years is your thing, we place a lot of it.

Have a look at what is live now, or ring us and we will keep an eye out for you.
