Contemplating offering my Indian cookery classes via Zoom. The classes would come with a spice box delivered to your home beforehand so you would just need to procure the easy stuff like onions, tomato tins, meat etc. Spice boxes would be posted so this could be done nationally, I know there are a lot of you on here that have been to my class on my home but what do you think of an online version?

If anyone has a cookery class booked in, please be reassured that you can rebook once this madness is over. Share what you're cooking. I've made Fish and chips, dipping the fish into the batter was as rewarding as it looks in the fish and chip shop!! It was made with a small tin of alcohol free beer thst magically appeared in my fridge, not sure where it came from but it made a lovely batter 😋.

Happy 65th birthday Phil Darby . It was a pleasure to meet you and Anne Darby. Feel honoured that people choose to celebrate birthdays ending in a 0 and 5 with me learning to cook curry.
