For those missing the school canteen, why not try Chocolate Bricks!
Who remembers the Chocolate Bricks/Crunch/Concrete from school break time??
Heres the recipe, really simple.....
200g Plain Flour
200g Granulated Sugar
100g Butter
50g Cocoa Powder
Cap of Vanilla Essence
1. Pre-heat the Oven to 180 C
2. Mix all the dry ingredients
3. Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the dry mix
4. Add the Vanilla
5. Get your fingers in the bowl and mix thoroughly
6. Press into a lined Baking Tray
7. Bake for 20 mins (ish)
If you like it hit, eat straight away. Or let it cool to go hard.
