Celebrating a decade of excellence! 🌟
Today, we are taking a moment to shine a spotlight on a very special member of the Partnership Training Ltd family: Lauren.
Lauren’s journey with us is the ultimate success story. She started her career 10 years ago as an apprentice herself! Since then, she has grown into an indispensable pillar of our Administration Team.
Why we’re celebrating Lauren:
A Decade of Dedication: 10 years of hard work, growth, and commitment to our mission.
The Full Circle: Having started as an apprentice, she truly understands the journey our learners go through.
The Glue of the Office: Her expertise in administration keeps our wheels turning every single day.
Lauren, thank you for your incredible service, your loyalty, and for being such a brilliant example of where an apprenticeship can lead. We are so proud to have had you on the team for the last decade!

Meeting the team -
Introducing the amazing and ever energetic, Jabeen Ryan -
At the heart of our training team is Jabeen, whose dedication, experience, and passion for care make her an invaluable part of our organisation.
With over 13 years in the care sector, Jabeen brings a wealth of knowledge from her work in adult social care, spanning both domiciliary settings and residential homes. Her journey has taken her from frontline care all the way to management level, with a particular focus on dementia and end-of-life care—areas where compassion and expertise are essential.
Jabeen joined Partnership Training Ltd five years ago as a trainee tutor, and her growth has been nothing short of inspiring. Since 2022, she has served as our Vocational Training Manager, leading with empathy and excellence. She’s currently training to become an Internal Quality Assurer, further strengthening our commitment to high standards in education and care.
Outside of work, Jabeen is all about movies, food, gigs (especially rap music!), and spending quality time with friends and family. Her vibrant personality and love for socialising bring a wonderful energy to the team.
Jabeen’s journey is a testament to growth, resilience, and the power of caring deeply—both for learners and those they go on to support.

✨ At Partnership Training Ltd, our people are the heart of what we do. Today, we’re introducing:
👩💼 Michelle Stevens – Business Relationship Manager
With over two decades of experience in workforce development, Michelle has dedicated her career to helping people and businesses thrive. She began her journey in the childcare sector, gaining first-hand insight into early years education and the importance of foundational support. After four years, she transitioned into assessing and tutoring pre-apprentices, where she nurtured young people as they took their first steps into the world of work.
That passion for developing others naturally evolved into business development. For the past 20 years, Michelle has been at the forefront of building strong employer partnerships, increasing apprenticeship engagement, and ensuring that organisations have the skilled, future-ready teams they need to succeed. At PTL, she continues this mission every day - connecting people and creating opportunities.
