Finding the Right Class for You and Your Baby

I often get asked which of my classes is the best fit, so here's a little more information to help you decide:

❤ Baby Massage and Beyond - Stage 1 - Nurture ❤

This 4-week course focuses on learning a full-body Baby Massage routine, incorporating gentle Baby Yoga stretches, and introducing basic Baby Reflexology techniques. These additions help build body awareness and overall well-being. We also explore techniques to incorporate more tummy time into your day and engage in sensory play for exploration and social interaction.

Classes are set in a relaxed atmosphere with low lights and calming music, creating a special time for bonding and relaxation. You'll learn techniques to calm and soothe your baby, often resulting in peaceful post-class naps.

The 4-week course covers a head-to-toe massage routine, including specific sequences for Wind, Colic, Constipation, and Teething.

✅ Suitable for babies 5-6 weeks to crawling ✅
