Todays colour is ‘Orange’ 🎃 🍁

Today we had our very first little outing 😁

We went for a walk to our local shop and bought a pineapple, a mango and 3 little pumpkins! 🎃 🍍

We then went for a walk to our local charity shop and bought a book full of childrens poems to take back to nursery to share with our friends.

We then returned, chopped up our fruit and discussed textures, tastes and smells 😊

Queen Elizabeth ||- Bank holiday

Dear Parents / Guardians ,

Following the announcement of the death of our sovereign, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth || , a period of National Mourning has started and will continue until the end of the State Funeral.

The official date of the State Funeral is Monday 19th September 2022. This day has been declared as a bank holiday. Our nursery will be closed on this day as a mark of respect.

We extend our condolences to the Royal Family at this time of personal grief to them.
