I didn’t come to this country to play small.
I came here with nothing guaranteed — not the language, not the job, not the life I have now. Just a belief that if I worked hard enough and stayed focused, I could build something of my own.
Twenty years later, I run multiple businesses. I mentor women who are exactly where I was. And I’m still that same person who refuses to settle for less than what I’m capable of.
If you’re here because you’re tired of waiting for permission to start — welcome. You’re in the right place.

People always ask me how I built a business with £85.
The honest answer? I kept it simple, I kept it local, and I treated it seriously before anyone else did.
You don’t need a big budget. You need a clear plan and the discipline to follow it.
Save this — these 5 steps are the foundation of everything I teach inside the £100 Start-Up Programme.

Every single one of these has gone through my head too.
Fear doesn’t disqualify you. It just means you care about what you’re building.
Save this and come back to it every time one of these voices shows up. 💛

I turned 45 a week ago 🎂
If you had told the girl who arrived in the UK from Poland in 2003 that this is where she’d be - running businesses, navigating late-diagnosed ADHD, and finally understanding her own biology - she probably wouldn’t have believed you.
For a long time, I thought “health” meant pushing harder. I thought if I wasn’t exhausted, I wasn’t working hard enough.
But I’ve learned that my body isn’t a machine to be punished anymore. It’s the vessel that allows me to do all of this.
So this year isn’t about “getting my 20-year-old body back.” It’s about building a 45-year-old body (and brain) that is resilient, nourished, and actually capable of keeping up with my ambition.
To every woman here navigating the “messy middle” - I see you. We’re just getting started 🥂

Social media loves to show the highlights. The 10/10 moments.
But if I’m being honest, a lot of my 2025 was a solid 1/10.
I spent 7 months cleaning up a mess I didn’t make because I trusted the wrong person.
I ignored my health until my body forced me to listen (thank god for HRT).
I dealt with the classic “Entrepreneur Mom Guilt” regarding my son.
But here is the thing about the low scores: They force you to move.
Because of the chaos, I now have a stronger team at iPolish.
Because of the burnout, I finally fixed my hormones.
Because of the bad client, I reinforced my boundaries.
You don’t get to the next level by being comfortable. You get there by looking at the 1/10 areas of your life and refusing to accept them for another year.

The truth is, the perfect business plan doesn’t exist. And if it did, you wouldn’t have time to write it.
For service businesses like ours, complicated documents just cause decision paralysis. You don’t need a book; you need a blueprint.
My entire business structure, from my cleaning company to my mentoring, is based on those three simple questions 👆🏻
