New challenge announcement!!!

This weeks challenge is the plank, this exercise can’t be done in reps so it will be measured in seconds, therefore, todays challenge is 40 seconds with it increasing in 10 second increments.

The easier version of the challenge is the high plank (plank executed on your hands rather than your elbows) and the harder version is the up/down plank. Don’t forget to like and comment ‘complete’ when finished.

Good luck!

New challenge alert!!!

Each week there will be a fitness challenge posted here for the students to participate in each week, this is aimed at increasing the amount of a particular exercise that the student can carry out which will help build muscle groups to assist them in their training.

The initial number to start with is 4 with it increasing by 1 each day so by the end of the week the student will be able to do 10 of that exercise, alternatives will be given to make the exercise easier/harder and the students can choose a difficulty level. Each day we request that each student or their parent like and comment on the post if the student has participated and on Sunday the final 10 of the exercise can be submitted and one student will be chosen to earn taekwondo points, this will be a different student each week, if more than one of your children attends please submit one for each child. Please send all submissions via messenger rather than comments, if you do not want your child’s name posted on the page please say alongside your submission and we will send you a message if they win.

First challenge will be posted tomorrow.
