Wigton Baths Trust is celebrating its 125th anniversary with a gala day on Saturday, 1 August 🎉

Games and competitions will run outside from 10am to 1pm, with a cake cutting and blue plaque reveal at 10.30am. Entry costs £1.25 for the day.

Wigton Town Council and Swim England North West will support the celebrations, alongside free refreshments, a photo booth competition, and ice creams from the Cumbria Whippy Man. Wigton Fire Station is due to spray the inflatable pool toy from around 11.45am, recreating a tradition from when the pool was built in 1901.

On Friday 17th July, we had our pre school graduation! The children did such a good job singing all their songs and they looked amazing in their little caps and gowns! Thank you to all that attended it was truly a very special morning!

World Cup activities have kicked off at Lowmoor!🏆⚽️

⚽️Willow Tree children have taken part in a mini 5 a side, using diverse people to encourage conversation about diversity, cultures and ethnicities👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏿

⚽️Oak Tree children have been getting crafty, designing their own football shirts and footballs to decorate our foyer area👕⚽️

⚽️All children had the opportunity to sample some foods from different countries taking part in the World Cup🍴We tried omlette from Spain, sausages from Germany, tortillas and salsa from Mexico and salami from Italy😋
