We had a gorgeous and calm start to the day in Year 5/6 as our Celebration of the Word focussed on the first of the Joyful Mysteries: The Ascension, as told in Luke's Gospel. We prayed the Rosary and made pledges about how we could say yes to God like Mary did.

Our Y5/6 children met their Reception and Y1 buddies! 🥰
They enjoy taking on roles of responsibility, caring for younger members of our school family and building new friendships. There was lots of fun with dressing up, reading and playing together!
