Brighter Better Orrell (WN5) is currently carrying out a community survey looking at the parks, green spaces and play areas across Orrell and Billinge Higher End.
They want to hear from local residents, including children, young people and parents, about what they think of the facilities they currently have and what improvements or additional facilities they would like to see in the future.
The feedback will help them build a better picture of what our community needs and, importantly, support their efforts to seek investment and improvements in our local parks and outdoor spaces.
If you would like to contribute, please click the link in the comments to complete the survey.

TOPPING UP YOUR CHILD'S DINNER MONEY ACCOUNT:
We are asking all parents and carers to ensure their child's dinner money account has enough funds to buy food. We often find pupils are running into a negative balance, or that they have to contact their parents to top up their account before they can eat in school.
Topping up is easy using the SCOPAY website or SCOPAY app. Doing this at the weekend or evening will ensure your child can purchase food in school without delay.
