but the "little brother" of our big chest muscles (pec major) can be a big problem for our arm and shoulder.

When our pec minor gets tight and overactive it will:

- twist the arm inward
- pull the shoulder blade forward
- rotate the elbow outward

As a result, it becomes harder to raise your arms overhead without structures colliding with one another. This could mean:

- bone-to-bone
- bone-to-soft tissue
- bone-to-nerve

In other words, put a ball on your PEC MINOR!

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas, making lots of memories with special people, family and friends.
Now we end the chapter of 2023 tonight and step forward into 2024.
On a personal note it has been a year of highs and lows. The most amazing part has been, becoming part of a team. The amazing team at Tyldesley therapy practice I can’t thank them enough. It has been a year of learning and growth.
