Positive Behaviour Support is a person-centred, evidence-based approach that helps organisations improve quality of life, reduce behaviours of concern, and equip staff with the skills and confidence to provide outstanding support. Redstone PBS's training is aligned to the PBS Competence Framework, CPD certified, and recognised through Skills for Care's PBS peer review process. (Redstone PBS)

- Introduction to Positive Behaviour Support (Level 1) – Ideal for staff new to PBS.
- PBS Coaching in Practice (Level 2) – Develop practical coaching skills to embed PBS across your service.

Funding Available
