I get a lot of calls regarding blue card renewal's... A LOT of calls from lads who have rang certain other companies (they will remain nameless) and these companies tell them if they dont have their logbook (Ive still never met a delegate who has managed to keep that, never mind clean/updated for the 5 years) they HAVE to go in and spend ££££ hundreds to do a refresher test/Log book replacement assessment. 👉THIS IS BU****IT 👈

If you've been using the machine regulary in the 5 years and your happy you dont need to get retested.... You just have to take the h&s test again (if you havent in the last 2 years) and the theory test (you CANNOT fail this test) relating to the machine/s. Fill in the form and tick you have a logbook and Bobs yer uncle.

This is not 'dodgy' this is the way to do it. The CPCS are well aware the paper logbook system is antiquated and the chances of delegates still having that log book after 5 years are 1% at best...
