Little Giggles Private Day Nursery & Preschool - Ince, Wigan

Yesterday our lovely Nursery owner Jamie kindly provided a sweet treat wellbeing incentive for the team, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.
The treats will be enjoyed by all staff and help to boost morale while showing appreciation for everyone’s hard work and dedication.

Photo day!

On Wednesday 3rd June Olive Portraits will be in the setting taking professional photos of the children.

All children who attend this day will be photographed, if you child doesn't attend but you would like them to have their photo taken please book a slot at the office.

Employee of the month for April goes to Deb!
Deb consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does, showing incredible dedication, kindness, and professionalism. She builds warm, trusting relationships with staff, children, and families alike, making everyone feel valued and supported within our setting.
Each morning, Deb is a bright, welcoming face who helps children feel happy and settled as they arrive. Behind the scenes, she works tremendously hard, including tackling the complex task of sorting funding forms with care and commitment. Deb’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion make a real difference every day, and we are extremely grateful to have her as part of our team.

Room of the month for April goes to the kitchen!
Jordan has truly gone above and beyond, putting in more than his usual 100% effort throughout the month. He has worked incredibly hard creating a wonderful range of delicious treats and bakes for our bake sale, helping us successfully raise money to support Jamie as she ran the London Marathon for Cancer Research.
Jordan’s dedication, generosity, and passion really shone through, and his efforts made a meaningful difference. A huge thank you to Jordan for his outstanding commitment and for representing the Kitchen so brilliantly this month.

Lauren is incredibly hardworking and has such a natural way with the babies in her room. She consistently goes above and beyond, and when the room leader is away, she confidently steps up to ensure everything runs smoothly.

She builds strong bonds with every child and puts in so much effort to help new starters feel safe, settled, and happy. We’re so proud of you, Lauren – thank you for everything you do! 💛
