BJJ is a superpower…
Not just because of what it teaches you on the mats, but because of what it teaches you about life.
Learn to stay calm under pressure. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Be willing to be a beginner, ask questions, make mistakes and learn from them. Be patient with the process, progress takes TIME.
