Pamper Tuesdays.

Today both sensory groups have enjoyed some time out to relax and refresh.

We have worked on our mindfulness with guided meditation and enjoyed a pamper with our friends.

What a lovely day we’ve all had 😎

A huge thank you to The Hamlet CIC for organising and inviting us to the Crazy Golf Tournament at Haigh Woodland Park! ⛳️
We all had an amazing day filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition. It was fantastic to socialise with people from other Wigan day providers, see lots of familiar faces, catch up with old friends, and make many new ones along the way.
As well as having a great time, crazy golf helped us develop and practise a range of important skills, including hand-eye coordination, concentration, patience, balance, problem-solving, spatial awareness, fine motor skills, teamwork, communication, and confidence.
Thank you to everyone involved for making it such a memorable day. We are already looking forward to the next one! 😊⛳️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

What a fantastic time we’ve had today at Hope College Summer Markets.

There was so much on display, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was absolutely lovely to see so many familiar faces too.

Today, our Performing Arts Filming Session headed out on location to film a scene inspired by the well-known musical Oliver! — but with a special One Vision Studios twist!

Instead of the old streets of London, our cast had the incredible opportunity to film in a real Wigan pub. A huge thank you to Harry Bristow, who very kindly gave us the use of The Brick Makers Arms for the entire day. Your generosity helped create an authentic and unforgettable experience for our members.

This exciting piece will be showcased as part of our Summer Show in July, and we can't wait to see the finished result on stage and screen.

Harry and his family have supported One Vision Studios for many years, helping our members to develop their talents and achieve their dreams. Today's experience is one that our members will remember for years to come, and that is all thanks to your continued kindness and support.

# The Brick Makers Arms Wigan

"One Vision Studios had a lovely surprise donation from their friends Fred and Alex from Green Crew today, of a keyboard and drum machine. Alex used to work for us about 4 years ago and when he heard that there were musical instruments on offer, with our Performing Arts Department in mind he knew exactly where he wanted to donate them to.

They were initially offered by Anne and John, from Roadside Court, sheltered accommodation Wigan, whilst Green Crew were sprucing up their grounds. As they no longer had any use for them, they were insistent that the instruments had to benefit others from a charitable organisation. They too, are thrilled that One Vision Studios can put these to good use and have them in their sound booth for the members to make great music on!!

On Friday afternoon, Maria enjoyed a wonderful pre-wedding celebration with her bride squad! 💕 Staff and members in her session all dressed for the occasion, helping to make the day extra special.

At the end of the day, we gave Maria a heartfelt send-off, wishing her lots of love and happiness for her big day.

Today, we send our warmest congratulations to Maria and James as they begin their next chapter together. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and beautiful memories.

Circus Starr says that "Every child deserves a little magic," and tonight at The Edge Theatre they did exactly that.

A huge well done to Circus Starr for delivering a fantastic evening of thrills, excitement, and unforgettable entertainment 👏👏👏👏

Many of our One Vision family — staff, members, and families — enjoyed a fun-filled night where everyone felt included and welcomed. From start to finish, the audience was immersed in a wonderful multi-sensory circus experience, creating special memories that will last for a long time.

Today’s group explored the beautiful world of Tibetan singing bowls and the many different ways they can be used.

Everyone showed such enthusiasm and openness to learning something new, which made the experience even more special. It was a full day dedicated to relaxation, connection, and discovering new ways to care for both our bodies and minds.
