Suitable from 8+ weeks postpartum, our classes focus on safe, postpartum-friendly exercises designed to help you rebuild strength and confidence πͺπΌπ
We work through the same exercises each week, allowing you to progress at your own pace and see your strength gains over time. Plus, every session ends with a brew, biscuit, and a good chat βπͺ

π DEADLY DOZEN RELAY π
Macclesfield, Saturday 09.05.26
On Saturday, two teams from The Studio Standish took on the Deadly Dozen Relay ππͺπΌ
We started as 8 strong, with two teams of 4, but after an injury one team was down to 3. That meant digging even deeper through 12 x 400m runs and 12 strength labours split between the teams.
The weather definitely wasnβt on our side. Absolutely pi***ng down, soaked through, freezing cold, battling slippery ground, wet grass, and mudβ¦ especially during the burpees and bear crawls π§οΈπ₯Ά
But did we bring the energy and strength? Absolutely.
Some of the team had to complete runs and labours back-to-back with very little chance to train for that kind of challenge, yet every single one of them did themselves and The Studio proud πͺπΌπ€©
Pure grit, determination, and teamwork from start to finish πππΌββοΈππΌββοΈ
Strong women supporting strong women π
And as always, amazing support from the judges ππ
