Big step for me personally.
After years of training, balancing shift work, family life and staying consistent in the gym, I officially completed my Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training.
This is just the start.
My goal with Lukas Coaching is to help real people build strength, confidence and consistency around real life β especially busy people, shift workers and parents who canβt live a βperfectβ fitness lifestyle.
