QUALIFIED AND VERY EXPERIENCED ENGLISH TUTOR

My Monday is empty!!! After having a jam packed Monday since October, Mondays are now an admin day without pupils to see since the last exam last Friday.
It's a good job because I've had LOADS of enquiries.
So much so, I've decided to offer taster sessions for 20% off so your child and I can warm to each other and see if what I offer is a good fit for you.
ALL abilities and needs catered for.

'My child has a neuro difference- can you help?' 🧠 I hear this A LOT!

I have worked with countless children on the spectrum; with dyslexia, discalculia and all types of needs over the years. It's not more difficult to tutor these young people, but it is more difficult for them to learn effectively in overstimulating environments.
I can help. 🥰
Get in touch for engaging, bespoke lessons for your awesome young person.
I can't wait to hear from you.

And that's a wrap on English GCSE this year. I'll be busy standardising and marking for the next few weeks, but my Y11s finishing means I can focus on my new cohort.
Is your child going into Y10 and feeling nervous?
Do you feel like they're ready for GCSE?
Are they going into Y11?

I have clients in Y8 and above and I do have space for new clients in September.

GCSE SUPPORT!!!

Half term this week.

A perfect time for Year 11s to relax and take time out before their next glut of exams. Or, for some of my students, it's meant we can cram in more revision. Yesterday, I was with Ella, revising the layout and method for English exam 4 of 4.

This is MY paper; I've examined Unit 2 since 2016. 📖 📓

If your teenager needs a boost, one to one support and that expert with inside knowledge, I have 2 slots left for the September term- email or message me.

Good luck to all Y11s doing last minute revision this week.

Received this beautiful bouquet last night from a client. I'm delighted they were so pleased with the work I did with their daughter.
This particular student goes to a school where they do English Lit in Year 10; I've worked with her since November ensuring she was primed and prepped.
If your child needs revision guidance, an expert to look over notes or a whole text rethought please PM me or email me at my business email address.

After 7 sessions in two days and months of prep, English Literature 📖 is over for another year and now, my focus 👓with my tutees will shift to Language.
I'm an examiner for Language, and I have some very slick tricks to help structure each answer, tailored for exactly what the examiners' mark scheme is looking for. 🤔 🎓

If your young person needs this coaching I still have a limited number of September slots left!

Last night was a session on Unseen poetry ahead of Paper 2 Literature on Tuesday. If your child needs a proper method for writing ✍️ extended pieces, I could help!!
