⚠️ Nursery places available

Today in the 2 year old nursery the children watched the trust-wide virtual assembly. The theme of the assembly was ‘Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as a servant leader’.

Even though the children are only 2 years old they sat or stood to watch the short assembly and even asked some questions.

It was a beautiful service and our children did amazing!

Nursery and Reception have been making the most of the heatwave. Lots of fun was had byAll today, we had pools, water bombs, slip and slide pulse ice lollies for all. The children all behaved amazingly and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. 💦🔥😎🥵☀️

Our Nursery and Reception children enjoyed cooling down in the paddling pools under the trees this afternoon making splashes with their feet. Staff and children enjoyed an ice cream with strawberry sauce. 🥵🔥💦🌟🍦

We have Nursery places available from September in our 2-3 year old room and Preschool room.

We have funded and paid places available with flexible sessions.

As today is the day we celebrate the Queen’s 70 years on the thrown, we here at Holy Family Early Years Unit would like to share how we celebrated in nursery.

Lots of fun was had by all. We had a disco, ice cream from our local ice cream man and a right royal picnic. We all dressed up in red, white and blue or as our favourite Royals.

We got out our picnic blankets, garden toys and celebrated in traditional British style (typical weather included) but nothing dampened our day.

We’d like to thank all our parents, children and staff for always putting 100% into making our school the great place it is.

Tomorrow we will be returning to school after our Easter break and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you all back!

What a fantastic world book day we had in nursery today. We had pirates, ladybirds, dinosaurs, hungry caterpillars, mermaids, princesses, the list goes on.
