We're excited to share these new photos showcasing our new uniform and PE kit ahead of the new school year. We can't wait to see pupils wearing our new look as it begins to be introduced from September.

We're incredibly proud to celebrate another exceptional year of achievement.
Our Year 6 pupils achieved an exceptional 86% in the Expected Standard for Reading, Writing and Maths combined, an improvement of 15 percentage points compared to last year and 23 percentage points above the national average.
Elsewhere across the school, 79% of Reception children achieved a Good Level of Development, 86% of Year 2 pupils met the expected standard in Phonics and our Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check results continued to demonstrate the hard work and dedication of our pupils.
Congratulations to our pupils, staff and families on these fantastic achievements.
This week, pupils at St. John's Primary School, Hindley Green enjoyed our annual Transition Day.
Children spent the day with their new classes, met their teachers and experienced life in their new classrooms, helping them feel ready and excited for the year ahead. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces throughout the day.
We look forward to welcoming all of our pupils, including those joining our school community for the first time, when we return in September.
What a fantastic Sports Day we had last week at St John's CE Primary School, Hindley Green.
From exciting races and team challenges to cheering on friends, it was a brilliant day filled with determination, teamwork and plenty of smiles. We are so proud of all our pupils for showing resilience, encouragement and excellent sportsmanship throughout the day.
A huge thank you to our staff, families and supporters who came along to make the day so special.

With the warm weather set to continue, all pupils can wear their PE kit to school from Wednesday until further notice if they wish.
Please ensure children come to school with a water bottle so they can stay hydrated throughout the day.

🦋 Today, Reception released our butterflies and watched them flutter off to begin the next stage of their life cycle. It has been wonderful to observe their journey from caterpillars to beautiful butterflies. The children were so excited to see them spread their wings and fly away! 🌸✨

🇯🇵🍚 Reception have been learning about how food is decorated in Japan and explored the art of Kazari-Zushi. We had our own little go at decorating rice and loved getting creative with our designs! 😊✨
