Huge thank you to everyone who’s already booked — I can’t wait to see your little chefs in action!
For anyone still deciding, it’s only £25 per child, and that covers absolutely everything. Just arrive, pop on an apron, and let the magic (and the mess) happen!

Hope everyone has had a great first day back!

Just a little reminder that all classes are back next week. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone again and hearing all your summer news.

We've still got a few spaces available at Highfield, St Matthew's and St Paul's. Classes at St Wilfrid's and Winstanley are full at the moment, but you can add your name to the waiting list and we'll let you know as soon as a place becomes available. 🌟

See you all next week.

Tomorrow, some of my former Cook Stars begin their high school adventure. I can't quite believe it. It feels like only yesterday we were mixing, measuring, and occasionally pretending we hadn't made a massive mess!

As you start this exciting new chapter, remember a few important lessons: be kind, work hard, make good choices, and always read the instructions before you begin (a useful tip in both cooking and life!).

There will be new teachers, new friends, new challenges, and probably a few moments when you wonder where you're supposed to be. Don't worry, everyone else will be wondering the same thing!

I am so proud of everything you've achieved already, and I know you're going to do amazing things. Go and show your new schools what Cook Stars are made of. Shine brightly and aim high.

Remember, high school is a bit like baking a cake. It might seem overwhelming at first, there may be a few unexpected ingredients, and occasionally things won't rise the way you planned. But with patience, effort, and a good sense of humour, it'll turn out brilliant in the end.

Just take it one step at a time, ask for help when you need it, and trust yourselves.

Good luck, everyone. Have an amazing first day, enjoy every opportunity that comes your way, and make lots of wonderful memories. Don't forget to let me know all about your adventures!

Once a Cook Star, always a Cook Star! ⭐💛👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who attended a workshop over the summer. It was lovely to see those of you who cook with me every week (I've missed you!) and it was exciting to see some new faces too.

If you are new to my classes and have any questions before you sign up to an after school club, please let me know. I'm happy to chat with you about absolutely anything Cook Stars related!
