I will explain in great detail why everything resolved so quickly and miraculously!

Why didn't the massages and prescribed medications work? Because massage only relaxes the muscles, but simply relaxing the muscle is not enough. Another question is whether the muscle that was being massaged was the one that was tense. Why didn't the medications help? Because they practically do nothing for the muscle; they only suppress the nerve impulse that goes from the nerve to the brain—again, they don't solve the problem! But it's not the nerve's fault; it's the muscle's fault because the muscle is contracted and it compresses the nerve. The small chest muscle was precisely the culprit after performing all the tests. Restoring the balance between tense and elongated muscles immediately yielded results the next day and ever since!

Never Stop Moving Forward !

Another great day in the gym 💪🔥
