We’re recruiting an Apprentice Young People Tracking Service Officer to join the 16+ Education to Employment Team!

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build strong admin, data analysis and communication skills. This is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, entry requirements are 4+ GCSE grade 4 or above including English and maths. So you must already hold your GCSE qualifications when you apply.

In this role, you will:
✅ Input and manage data on young people’s education and employment.
✅ Work with schools, colleges and training providers to process high volume data.
✅ Help track and report outcomes to the lead officer, team, partners and even the Department for Education.
✅ Develop strong IT, organisation and communication skills.
