Bright Sparks Tutoring Agency Cronton

Good morning everyone, just a quick update regarding changes you will all have received information about, via your teacher.
Bright Sparks is not closing, just simply changing location.
We have been at our premises in Cronton for 13 years. It is a rented building needing a lot of updating and has become no longer fit for purpose.
The teachers have all been friends, teaching together for at least 30 years and will always be close. It has however become necessary for us to take up different locations and focus on our own children and specialist areas.
In order to accommodate our own children, some teachers are going mobile, some in another location and I'm going to teach from my home. Your individual teachers will advise you where and when your child will have their lessons.
I will continue to have a couple of small groups but would really like to focus on making them even smaller with ratios of 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3. I have two groups of 1:4 currently, which will remain as that, as long as parents want that time slot and group size.
For my children, everything will remain the same other than the location. I will inform you of the next steps in due course.
My children will remain under the Bright Sparks Tutoring Agency name with all payment details remaining the same.

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and not too busy sorting out Santa.
Just a quick post regarding requests to change classes. Unfortunately, the amount of requests to change lessons has become impossible. It’s like playing a huge game of draughts with no available spaces to move the pieces into.
I’ve tried to accommodate changes these last 10 years but it seems that I’m trying to move things around constantly, to allow children to attend other after-school sessions, which impacts on the lessons of the children whose regular slot the changed day is on.
I don’t need to tell anyone how difficult it is to keep a business afloat these days, I know many of you have your own. That being said, I can no longer swap a child’s day or time. Unfortunately, any missed lessons are payable regardless of attendance and cannot be made up at any other time. I appreciate this may mean parents will want to rethink places at Bright Sparks going forward but there really isn’t any other option I’m afraid. I can’t keep accommodating changes other after-school groups make, often at the last minute.

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick update on the Bank Holiday (19th September) As you will be aware, it is entirely up to individual businesses as to whether they open or not. We at Bright Sparks respect everyone’s choices, having said that, as a business swimming against the tide, I will be opening on Monday 19th September. Things are extremely difficult for businesses at the moment and losing an additional day trading is not an option.
I understand totally if parents want to spend this day with their children at home and I’ve also given teachers the choice as to whether they want to be home. This Monday will be for Bright Sparks, an opening day and all lessons are still payable. Of course you can either make the time up or change to another day that week. I do need plenty of notice of changes and cannot move lessons with notice given only that day.
Please message me asap if you would like to change.
