Another drop onto the grid from the stories 🤷🏼♀️🙌🏼
AND…..my 39th birthday last week marked my 6 month promise to myself 👌🏼
Six months of consistency ✨ Turns out repeatedly dragging your arse to train, eating relatively sensibly and not binning it all off because you had one feral weekend actually really does work 😂👀
Not 💯 perfect and definitely not motivated every single day, but consistent enough that the difference is DIFFERENCING 🙌🏼
Stronger, happier, confident and very much enjoying the results of past me getting her s**t together and making good choices 👌🏼
✔️ Showed up even when I couldn’t be arsed
✔️ Trained consistently
✔️ Ate well most of the time
✔️ Still went out and enjoyed my life
✔️ Did not let one bad day become a bad week
✔️ Got stronger
✔️ Got leaner
✔️ Built muscle
✔️ Became increasingly more unbearable about my progress 😂😂
Turns out the secret really is just doing the boring stuff over and over again. Annoying, but effective. 🖤
Remember : nothing changes if nothing changes 🥰
