Back to life.. back to reality 🎢

So the festive season is officially over πŸ₯²

And the fitness season has officially begun πŸ’ͺ

Sometimes, this can be incredibly daunting and can lead to restriction and a long term binging cycle

Knowledge is power here, so here's how to get back on track this Jan!

Instinctively, you're going to want to dramatically reduce your calorie intake

And start going super hard in the gym

But try implementing these 5 small changes to ease yourself into the process and ensure long-term success:

βœ… Ease yourself back in to your workouts, 2-3 per week.

βœ… Make sure you're drinking enough water (3L a day)

βœ… Get a full 8-10 hours sleep

βœ… Eat balanced high protein meals

βœ… Create a plan and hold yourself accountable

Say hello to AlixπŸ‘‹

Check out her amazing progress 🀯

She started working with me just 12 weeks ago, she has been absolutely killing it!

Alix came to me struggling with endometriosis, having a set plan and holding herself accountable for hitting her weight loss goals.
