So today is the end of an era, after nearly 14 years of Childminding today I pack away the toys for the last time.

I’ve loved every minute of looking after the children who have been in my care over all these years, and I am truly honoured to have been even a small part of their lives.

Thank you so much for all of the messages, cards and gifts I have received, none of which were necessary but all of which were totally appreciated.

All that remains now is for me to bid you all a very fond farewell as it’s time for me to move on to pastures new. Please do stay in touch and let me know how all of your little ones (and in some cases now big ones!) are doing.

Absolutely love this ! “Be careful” can be too generic for young children - these phrases help them to understand and manage their own risk.

And that’s me finished until after Christmas (except for the live feed reading of ‘Twas the night before Christmas on Christmas Eve!), now for a relax and spending time with my family.
