Lovely feedback from one of our parents...

"Thank you to all the teachers who went on the Residential and helped make it a success. My daughter had a wonderful time. We are both very happy with it.

Fully aware the teachers who went must have been sleepless and gave up their own personal time to do this so thank you very much. Thank you for looking after the children so well.

It is an excellent experience for the kids. If any parents next year are worried like I was, I would be happy to reassure them.

I can also now see the value of them not having their phones even though it was hard not to be able to contact her."

In Geography today, Pegasus Class learnt about coasts and erosion. They carried out a fun investigation using biscuits to represent cliffs, while water and straws represented the sea and waves. They explored what happens when cliffs erode over time and observed the effects. It was great fun and a little bit messy!

A huge well done to Honey who raised a brilliant £306 in sponsorship for Walk for Water. We will let you know the total amount raised by the Year 6 pupils once all donations have been counted.

Fun Friday Scavenger Hunt! 🔎

Each class received a list of items and challenges to find throughout the school day. Teams worked together to complete their hunt and presented their findings to Miss Taylor at the end of the day.

Rewards were given to those classes that successfully completed the scavenger hunt!

A huge well done to the girls in Cassiopeia Class for organising their very own arts and crafts fundraising sale!

They designed and created all of the artwork themselves, showing incredible creativity, dedication and teamwork. Thanks to their hard work, they raised over £92 to help purchase new basketballs for lunchtime play.

What a fantastic example of pupil leadership and enterprise.

Congratulations to Maryum, winner of the Whitstable Community Tesco's Colouring Competition! 🎨🍎🥕

Keep an eye out for Plumbert in Tesco stores - the lovable giant made entirely of fruit and vegetables! As Tesco’s healthy eating mascot, Plumbert helps inspire children and families to enjoy plenty of fresh fruit and veg every day.

Well done, Maryum - what a fantastic achievement!
