Our favourite day of the year … the Year 1 Pet Fair! Our Year 1 children loved meeting Walter the tortoise 🐢, Mary and Martha the chickens 🐓, Phyllis the duck 🦆, Timmy the hamster 🐹, Pascal the chameleon 🦎, Bert the dog 🐕 and Bluey and Bingo the rabbits 🐰! What a fantastic day and more learning all about animals to look forward to this term! We are so proud of how kind, caring and careful our children were of the animals.

This week, a group of KS2 children celebrated World Read Aloud Day with the residents of Harrier Lodge care home, reading stories aloud and taking part in a team book quiz!

Today, our PSHE certificate winners visited Harrier Lodge care home to take part in some Children in Need activities, including painting and bingo!
