So proud of our brilliant Year 4 children who took part in the carnival today. You guys are epic!!
Thank you Mrs Bradley for organising, Mr Wills for looking after the mini-bus and all the staff/parents who helped. Thank you to the Whitstable Carnival Association Creative Team for helping our children create such wonderful costumes.
What a day and 2nd place!!! Whoo hoo!!!

They embraced the theme of 'The Garden of England' and created some beautiful work!

Another stupendous visit from children’s author Lucy Strange who is our ‘adopted author’. Lucy always inspires our children. We were so impressed with Year 5 and 6’s engagement in ideas for their own mysteries. Year 6, even at the very end of the year, want to write the stories they talked to Lucy about before they leave. Thank you Lucy - we are so lucky!
You are truly wonderful! Also, thank you to Jacqui from ‘The Little Green Bookshop’. She supports all our teacher reading group meetings and visits to the shop with our children. Thank you for supporting this Lucy Strange event book signing too.

It was a Herons Win at Sports Day! Well done Herons!
