We have been lucky enough to secure some funding from The National Lottery to launch a series of classes to help boost your mental and physical health during these stressful times.
These classes are designed to get adults and children in our community fit and strong. We want to help you form healthy habits and make exercise a fun part of your weekly routine!
The classes are all FREE and held via zoom link meaning you can keep up with them even if you’re having to isolate. Best of all they’re free!
The timetable for adults fitness classes is as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30am
The timetable for children’s dance can be found on the link below and these classes will take place at weekends.
Please email [email protected] to receive your zoom codes and passwords. You will need to fill out a quick health questionnaire but the classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Exciting news! Monday sees the launch of our new online adults fitness class timetable 💪🏻! All classes will be live over zoom and taught by either Charlene or Sarah.

At LCA NE, our primary aim is to ensure all the children who attend are having fun and making great friends!
