Hi lovely yogis. Unfortunately I am not going to continue with the class. Need to do some resting up now ( and concentrate on my own Yoga) to get ready for bubs to make its grand entrance. Am still looking to have the class run in my absence but haven't got this arranged yet and will of course post up any information as soon as I have something sorted. Keep up your practice; I will post up a sequence for you to dip into. Megan x
