Hello and happy summer!

After a successful year, I am now opening 4 new spaces for students looking for help achieving their academic goals in Maths.

These students should be GCSE level, so year 10 or 11, either foundation or higher.

Whether your child is pushing for a 9, or just a pass, I’m confident we can work out a plan to make huge steps towards their goals.

I provide targeted, topic-specific sessions weekly, help creating a detailed revision timetable, and personal support through what is a pretty stressful time for every student! I remember it well.

Typical fees are £30 for a 1 hour session, with directed revision each week. If finance is a barrier, I can look at individual rates.

About me:

I live in Whitley Bay and I’m currently on a gap year before university.

Academically, I achieved A*A*A in Maths, English Language and French at A-level, and also an A* EPQ.

At GCSE I achieved 9 9s and 2 8s.

Throughout my school life, I learned how to thoroughly revise and organise, and I credit my academic success to these skills.

Previous tutees have cited the value of learning to manage the overwhelming aspects of GCSEs and A-levels, all from a teacher who was in their shoes just a few years ago.

Now I’d like to share with students valuable knowledge and strategies to take control of school life, increasing productivity, reducing stress, and achieving goals.
