I've had a wonderful afternoon dancing with my friends at Croftdene Care Home again🥰
It was a warm one but that didn't stop us from dancing, singing, and having fabulous fun!
I'm already looking forward to seeing everyone again in July!

Fabulous FitSteps tonight in Earsdon. We changed the music up a bit, bringing back a few routines which we haven't danced in a while, alongside some more familiar ones, too.
It was a hot one with lots of energy, effort, and enthusiasm all round!

Fabulous FitSteps at Waves this evening. We revisited our November Showstopping Show dance and danced a range of routines, focusing on cardio, balance, posture, and fun!
It's always a great way to kick off the week!

Fabulous Saturday morning FitSteps at Waves this morning!
We worked hard - a very sweaty one today😂. Great energy all round!
I then treated myself to a fabulous Zumba session with Leila - I love being a participant and in amongst everyone on the dancefloor. Brilliant session as always 🥰

What an absolutely fabulous FitSteps class we had tonight in Earsdon!
We had a full dance floor and there was so much effort and enthusiasm - the atmosphere was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your evening with me 🥰
